Job description:
In Charge Electric is a leading provider of home security solutions, dedicated to ensuring the safety and peace of mind of our clients. We are currently seeking highly skilled and qualified Home Security Technicians to join our team. If you are passionate about installing, programming, and troubleshooting home security systems, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Install program, and troubleshoot home security systems, including alarms, surveillance cameras, access control, and smart home integration.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the optimal placement of security devices for maximum coverage.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining system functionality to clients and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate system specifications and seamless installations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in home security technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Home Security Technician or a related field.
- In Depth knowledge of various home security systems, including alarms, surveillance cameras, access control, and smart home integration.
- Proficient in programming and configuring security system components.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality installations.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to take pre-employment criminal, driving, and drug screen
